У статті обґрунтовано місце та роль державного механізму підвищення рівня конкурентоспроможності експорту в системі державного регулювання зовнішньоекономічної діяльності України. Розглянуто зарубіжний досвід забезпечення конкурентоспроможності вітчизняного експорту. Запропоновано комплексний державний механізм підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємств України та їх продукції на внутрішньому й зовнішньому ринках.

В статье обоснованы место и роль государственного механизма повышения конкурентоспособности экспорта в системе государственного регулирования внешнеэкономической деятельности Украины. Рассмотрен зарубежный опыт обеспечения конкурентоспособности отечественного экспорта. Предложен комплексный государственный механизм повышения конкурентоспособности предприятий Украины и их продукции на внутреннем и внешнем рынках.

In the article a place and a role of state mechanism of export competitiveness increasing in the system of state regulation of foreign economic activity of Ukraine are proved. Foreign experience of domestic export competitiveness ensuring is considered. Complex state mechanism of export competitiveness increasing of Ukrainian enterprises and their production in the internal and external markets is offered. It is determined the necessity of development of complex state mechanism of export competitiveness increasing for the purpose of ensuring of competitive advantages of domestic goods compared with import analogs on the territory of Ukraine and export domestic goods on the foreign markets for retention of exporters positions in other countries. Among mechanisms of export competitiveness increasing of Ukraine it was determined: mechanism of motivational field providing, mechanism of foreign trade expenses decreasing, mechanism of market and political risks overcoming. The state mechanism of competitiveness increasing has to include two main directions of its realization: regulation of competitiveness of the domestic enterprises and their production which is consumed on the domestic market, regulation of competitiveness of the domestic enterprises and their production which is consumed on the foreign market. Such mechanism has to become the result of effective realization of a state policy in different spheres, in particular: industrial (structural) policy, power policy, financial policy, investment policy, customs and tariff policy, price policy, tax policy, antimonopoly (competitive) policy, infrastructure policy, policy of regulation of consumer behavior, ecological policy, policy of intellectual safety etc.
